This is a six week course between the instructor and student. This class is ideal for a new Project Manager or a Project Manager who wants the specilized one on one attention that an indivdual class allows. This class is a discussion on topics that we see many contractors miss. Documentation leads the list of items that we cover, this documentations can be simple or extremely difficult, we believe we have methods that will assist many contractors in making it simpler.

Each student is required to have both a high speed internet connection and earphones and a microphone in this class. Adobe Flash will be required to be installed on your computer before the class starts, this is a free downloaded program but will need to be completed before the day of our first class. Students will need two types of computer software Microsoft OFFICE 2003, we use both Word and Excel files and software that can create PDF FILES from your scanner.
